TRON IMMERSIVE
The original TRON ignited my passion for computer animation when I first saw it at 16 in 1982.
With the release of TRON Ares, I decided to create an homage to the original as a proof-of-concept for my first spatial website environment for Apple Vision Pro.
To view the 3d environment on Vision Pro, enable “Website environments” via:
Settings -> Apps -> Safari -> Advanced -> Feature Flags.
Next, click on the Page Format icon to the right of the microphone in the URL bar, then select “Open Website Environment”. The loopable scene (with audio!) will begin to play.
Crank the Digital Crown to Full Immersion. Move the Safari browser window off to the side and enjoy your brief respite on The Grid!
